Jeff was totally understanding and gave an unbeatable price for fixing my mistake. Previous year Jeff and his fantastic apprentice did extensive work for my kitchen renovation bringing up to code. I have dealt with many contractors and Jeff has been the one guy who actually listens to what you want and takes the time to consult with you along the way to ensure you are getting what you want. Bonus was sense of humour and very clean work site. I think he left my house cleaner than when he arrived.

HPS booked a time to show up the next day but because he was afraid the basement might flood, the technician showed up that night. he worked quickly and gave me a great price for the job. he also gave me some helpful advice to prevent the problem from happening again. Jeff installed a 20 GIF outlet for our above ground swimming pool. He was very courteous and professional during the job. He stayed late to finish up and even went so far as to vacuum up some small debris before going home. His price was fair and Jeff seems like a thoroughly honest and trustworthy businessman.
